About Us

Dating back over fifty-seven years, founder Roy Wright of Canada created what would someday evolve into The Wright Group Event Services in the United States. As a high school student in the 1950's, Roy's entrepreneurial dreams began to starting with his creation called the "Chocolate Dip Booth." Soon after Roy Wright, Ltd. was founded, he began renting contractors, commercial, industry, homeowners, party equipment and supplies. Soon after followed Steeltrue, Ltd., where they began selling and erecting steel buildings, quonsets, and rigid frame clear span steel buildings.

In the 1960's and 70's, the company quickly evolved into A-1 Rent-All, where "One Call Rents All," and expanded into Engineered Equipment, Ltd. In the 1980's, the company expanded into the United State by Roy's children, Tom and Nancy Wright, (with the support of David and Mike Wright) who began The Wright Group. The Wright Group consisted of Elite International Productions, Rent-Rite West Productions, RentComm Communications, Engineered Equipment Systems, Colorado Convention and Decorating, and Elite Exposition & Event Services.

In the past, The Wright Group Event Services has delivered stellar performances at numerous events. Some of these events were: Winter Olympics in Salt Lake in 2002, Peoples Fair, Jazz Aspen & Snowmass Festival, Telluride Film Festival, Adams County Fair Grounds, Greeley Stampede, Pikes Peak International Raceway, and the State Games of America are just a few of our outstanding event productions.

Over the years our company has had numerous achievements ranging from client satisfaction and to city recognition. For six years, the Wright Group has been at a Gold Level with the Better Business Bureau. The Wright Group is also members of the Denver Chamber of Commerce and the Convention Center. We have also contributed to numerous non-profit organizations and National relief efforts. We personally believe that our achievement resonates through satisfied clients and acquaintances.
